I wanna weight myself
Okay, I have determined that now that I have got a diet working for me where I am losing weight, the hardest part is not in sticking to the diet, it is in sticking to the once a week weight in. I want to weigh myself more often than just once a week. I know that it is a bad idea, that the fluctuations of weight during the day and week can knock my scale off and make me wonder just what's happening with my weight loss/gain and lead to my getting discouraged and dropping my diet, but durn-it! I wanna weigh myself! I've got myself set for weighing in every Monday, but by Friday every week I start wanting to cheat and weigh in early and through the weekend it gets completely unbearable. Need to figure out something I can do to stop this unexpected weakness in dieting.
