Home improvement if money was no object?

I was asked what I would do to my home if money were no object. Well... I'd install a ramp for the electric wheel chair that I am trying to earn enough money to buy for my dad if he's turned down for one by his insurance. I'd also like to build my mom a music room so she can someday get the baby-grand piano that she has always wanted since I was a little kid. I know that there are a lot more home improvement projects that I could undertake around here, but those are the most important to me - well, and maybe add on a couple bedrooms so my brother and his kids could move in here too. ;-)
