Update on my helmet

Okay, I am getting very very impatient about my helmet and putting serious consideration into taking it back away from my brother and doing it myself. It's taking DAYS! Well, actually I think it's more like a week now. And it's still not been touched by paint. I want my helmet. I've been pondering painting it with my acrylics, but my brother says they're the wrong kind and his sealer thing won't stick to them. ::sigh:: This is killing me! I may just try it anyway, I mean, what's the worst that can happen? I have to strip it down and have him repaint it for me the right way?
