eppraisal.com - easy search for your home's value

Would you like to find house value information for your home? eppraisal.com, now in beta, can help you determine what the value of your home is. I would tell you more about it, but the only properties I could think of the address for were not able to be found - I'm sure it was no fault of the system, I just happen to have odd address listings that are out in the middle of nowhere Alaska and Washington.

Okay, I searched for the value on a Law Office in Eagle River that is advertised on the back of the local phone book. ::innocent smile:: - They were able to locate the law office, but not able to give me a value for it. The maps they use are nice, Microsoft Virtual Earth, that gives a easy to read map of the area, and they were able to tell me that the building was built in 1972 and has 4800 square footage.

This could be a very useful resource for someone in a better location to get property values - such as about anywhere other than Alaska. ::snicker:: I trust that as it moves on from beta to the final versions I will have better luck finding values for Alaska, kind of unfair to toss this state at them while they're still getting set up. ;-)
