Time to revamp the bedroom/office

My treadmill should be here in a few days (I HOPE), so it is time to revamp my bedroom / office for finding a place that I can place it when it is folded up and room to lay it out when I want to use it.

I am so thrilled it's a folding model that only weighs around 59 pounds, I plan to set myself up a place out by the pond in the garden in the spring so I can run out there and never leave 50 yards from the house. I think it should work good. Run indoors in bad weather and in the garden when the weather is good.
