Do you know who is calling you?

Is it just me, or does this look like a bad idea to others too? Have you seen www.SpoofCard.com? They give you the ability to change what someone sees on their caller ID display when they receive a phone call. And list their key benefits as: "Make calls truly private, Ability to record calls, Change your voice, Fun and inexpensive, Easy to use and fast to set up! Instant Access!"

Although they claim that their service is targeting private investigators, law enforcement, skip tracers, insurance agencies and lawyers, I can see where this is more likely to be picked up on by the college kids, ex-spouses, angry ex-boy/girl friends, etcetera.

I would hope they have a feature that makes it possible to find out just who called from where, because otherwise I can think of a LOT of far worse uses for this kind of setup than a ex making annoying phone calls.
