I bought a PDA from a guy on eBay and he is screwing me. Paid $58.50 for the thing and he vanished. eBay lists him as no longer a member and I have filed a complaint with PayPal over it and am waiting a few days just to see if he responds better than he did to the 4 or 5 e-mails I sent him before I did that.
I guess people don't understand that crimes like that done over the Internet, across state lines, is a federal offense and falls under federal jurisdiction. Me, I would not want a federal criminal record for a measly $60, but if that is that guy's way of getting his jollies I guess it's his life to screw up as he sees fit.
