PDA blues

Okay, I got the PDA blues

I bought a PDA off eBay and it no workie right. The guy lied badly about the thing, said that it was in new condition but the case is cracked (he don't admit to that damage of course) and the power cord had two areas of black tape on it (he admits to that). I have decided that it's not worth the hassle (paid $41 plus s/h) to get my money back - he's acting like a total jerk about it and holding feedback hostage and the whole ten yards. ::shakes head:: So rather than collect my money back for his false advertising, I'm just going to chalk it up to a lesson learned. The thing powers on and lasts an hour on battery, so I can use it as a appointment deal for my dad's doctor's appointments I guess - I just can't sync it with my computer. (tried 3 different computers - one as old as the PDA) - and yes, I checked for SUDS. (Sudden USB Death Syndrome)
