Coffee that's good to the last dropping

Okay, I love my coffee, and I love my cat, but please - keep them as far apart as you can.

The Asian Palm Civet is a small cat-sized mammal native to south-east Asia and southern China. This little fellow is also the source of the world's most expensive coffee - or at least his feces is. The Palm Civet eats the coffee berries when they are ripe, then nature takes its course through the critters digestive system and out to where the digested coffee beans are collected from the feces of the Palm Civet. These beans are said to make the best cup of coffee and come with a price to entice the wealthy to give it a try.

I think I'll take my coffee's beans undigested, thank you very much.
