Cross stitch coming along good

The cross stitch I have been working on for mom is going to be finished in plenty of time for Mother's Day, which has me happy since I plan for it to be made into a pillow by Mother's Day. I'm still not happy with the way the leaves on the original look, but I think I can modify them without much trouble, especially since I have time to work on it. I did go with pink on the roses instead of the white the book called for, but left them at 4 petals instead of 5.
