MP3 player not here yet, very frustrating

I'm starting to get annoyed at not having my MP3 player yet. Emailed the guy that I bought it from, but have not heard back from him yet. Starting to get frustrating, been over a month since I bought the thing and he has good feedback, so I am not sure what happened to it.
