Ultimate Paintball

I love paintball. I've got a couple of paintball guns and a paintball mask put away in the basement with the rest of my paintball gear, just waiting for summer to get here so that I can try to convince my brothers and nephews to go have paintball wars again.

Note that paintballs can hurt if they hit even padded skin from too close, so make sure that you get the proper masks and other essential paintball supplies if you are planning to get into paintball. Once you have everything you need, though, I can guarantee you that you will not find many hobbies that are more fun than creeping through the underbrush and tagging your friends with paintball markers. It is particularly satisfying when you can take out an older brother. ::innocent look::

We had wars a few years ago, which was when we all learned the value of getting the right paintball equipment, and everyone involved had a great time. I've been wanting to get out to an area where my brothers and nephews have gone a few times since to play with the paintball guns, but have not been able to make it when they all went yet.

The rules are fairly straightforward the way we play it. Divide into two teams and one team guards a position and the other team moves in and tries to take that position. We have also done free-for-alls where everyone scatters into the woods and the last one that was not tagged wins.

Sound like fun? If this is something that you are interested in doing I suggest that you start your search for paintball supplies at a place such as Ultimate Paintball. They seem to offer the best prices and have free shipping. And be sure to check out their top selling guns: Tippmann A-5, Tippmann 98 Custom, Smart Parts Ion, and Spyder Pilot ACS .
