Went up to Hatcher pass for my birthday. Was horrible thunderstorm, but managed to get in a little gold panning. I came back with a few flecks of gold dust at least, so I got gold for my birthday. ::big grin:: Had to go pan it out of the creek myself, but I got gold!
Going to be getting things to make a picnic and go back when it's nice again. Hopefully avoid the thunderheads and porcupines. Porcupine got my sister's dog was main reason we came back, poor dog had quills all over his muzzle.
