You check out that podcast "Inside Online Education" by Capella University yet? I find the focus of this week's podcast interesting. The current podcast features an interview with capella university PhD student Carla Chladek.
As part of her job at the Pentagon as a Program Manager for the Joint Staff Training Program, Chladek is responsible for ensuring that the training needs are met for the 2,000 military members who support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Seems a bit surprising to me to find out that someone like Chladek would be pursuing her master's degree in education through an online university.
