Was talking to mom and we decided to make a roast for dinner tonight. ::big wide grin:: I love pot roast. And the nice juicy carrots and mini potatoes that are cooked in with it and the onions and and and... mmm... Add in the mashed potatoes and gravy and the hot roast beef sandwiches the next day and I can't think of a better meal than pot roast.
It's easy to cook too, I'll have to make notes later since it's not exactly written, just a "Toss that in" recipe, and share the recipe here.
