yucky potato

I'm not sure what the deal is, I tried making me a baked potato and instead of coming out like it should it's tough and almost like it's uncooked. I blame Alaskan potatoes. They're not good for making baked potatoes or potato salad or anything. Problem is, it's not easy to find good Idaho baking potatoes up here. :::sigh:: Ah well, at least I only made one of these things - I started to make two of them.
