Back aches

I'm not sure what I did to my back, but the whole thing aches across the shoulders and down the rib cage. Just a dull pain that radiated warm pain into the muscles. I think a nice warm bath later tonight might be the trick, but first I have a bunch of work to do moving some boxes - definitely want to get that done before the bath or I'll undo all the relaxation the bath provides my muscles.
