Terracotta Warriors of Emperor Qin Shi Huang di

Okay, here is something that I had not known but am soooo envious of! There will be a display of the Terracotta Warriors in the British Museum from September through April. Why can't our museum have kewl stuff like that visit it? No, we get a wall full of Ducks of the world that has Rubber duckies over the name plates of the ducks - No, I am not joking, I wish I still had that picture here somewhere - will need to search for it.

Anyway, rubber duckies on display aside, I have had a long standing fascination with the Terracotta Warriors ever since I first heard about them. Created by Emperor Qin Shi Huang di (pronounced: Chin Shi Huang di), over 8,000 of the life sized Terracotta Warriors guarded the Emperor's tomb.

Dial A Flight would like to invite you to take a look at their Terracotta Warriors special offers and find a trip plan that fits your dreams to see these magnificent warriors in Xian, China where they were discovered.

Viewing these magnificent Terracotta Warriors would be a once in a lifetime experience for any history buff, archeology student, or anyone fascinated by the history of ancient China.
