Back hurts

My back has been hurting like hell all day long. Not sure why exactly, it just hurts down on my lower back and around the lower part of my ribs. I plan to take a couple of Tylenol PM here in a little while and get some sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Right now I can't even focus on work because my back hurts so much.
