Thermacare heat wraps for use on wrists

I was watching television last night and saw an ad for Thermacare heat wraps for use on wrists. My ears perked up really fast, I want to get some of them things the next time I go to the store and test them out for muscle aches from too much writing. They are intended for easing arthritis pain, but I think they would work good for cramps from writing since running warm water over my hands works.
