I've been sitting here looking at my running weights and thinking about where I would like to go running this coming summer. There is a nice nature trail up by the local library that I think would make a nice place to visit, the trail has a area on it that when I was exploring it a few years ago it had a small overlook that looked out on a pond with swans in it. I think maybe I'll make a trip up there and see if the swans are back next summer.
There are a few places like that I would like to explore, so I think I'll start a small notebook of places to go jogging next summer. Need to work out on the treadmill this winter and get into shape for it.
