Alaska in the winter

Drove into town a little while ago, still trying to get back energy after the trip wore me down and I was not even driving. Alaska is lovely in the winter time though, in a cold feel like you bypassed hell and went straight to the frozen over section of it kind of way. Had a lovely rose toned sky against the snow covered mountains as we drove in this morning, and me without my camera to take a picture of it. ::sigh:: Need to remember to keep that thing with me when I leave the house.
