Let your kids travel the world on Santa's sleigh

Want to take your kids on a special trip this Christmas? I did a post not very long ago about NORAD tracking Santa that explained NORAD's tracking of Santa as he makes his rounds. I was just sitting here thinking about that and came up with a wonderful idea.

NORAD provides hourly updates on their Santa tracking, so a great way to help your kids study geography and talk about traveling the world would be to talk about Santa's travels of the world and after each update research where NORAD has reported sighting Santa.

Your kids can learn all about the places that Santa stops over during the night, maybe about the Christmas customs that are celebrated in that area or how the story of Santa is different for different places that he visits.

I can not think of a better time to get children of any age, and any level of belief in Old Saint Nick, interested in geography and the world than to track Santa with NORAD this Christmas.
