Getting ready to go on vacation? Have you considered making a travel blog to keep friends and family updated on what you are doing while you are on vacation? Sites like Blogger let you create a free blog that you can then use to keep friends and family appraised of your adventures. You can even post entries from your cell phone.
My best tip? Make it generic. Don't name it "Bob's trip to Florida" unless you take a trip to Florida all the time. Make it "Bob's Travel Guide" or something that is not set to just one trip, that way when you are ready for your next trip the blog is there ready for use for that trip as well.
