Somday I want to have a vacation home

I would love to have a chance one day, maybe after selling a book for millions of dollars, to be able to get myself a nice vacation home somewhere warm. Something with a nice large pool that I can swim in in the winter time when it is -60 degrees F back here in Alaska. One of those nice luxury homes that you would simply adore owning but can never seem to afford. You know the type. Chances are rather slim that I will be able to get my dream vacation home, but I don't see where there is anything stopping my looking and doing some window-shopping to see what I might find that I may like, huh?
