More on Hawaii

I found a nice video that not only offers up a good view of volcanoes in Hawaii, but has an award winning chef explaining what Hawaii regional cuisine is and explaining why people should take the time to have a taste of Hawaii when they visit the islands. Shoot, has me wanting to try a little Mahi Mahi
