I'm entering, I really need a new mixer. My mom bought the one we have now for around $12 when I burned out the old mixer we had halfway though making their anniversary cake. That was their 50th wedding anniversary - nearly 9 years ago. The poor thing was never meant to last as long as it has and is struggling to get through cake mixes, can't mix doughs anymore, so have resorted to hand mixing a lot of what I make.
