Shoudler sore

I'm moving slow today, particularly when the only thing in the house to ease off the pain in my shoulder is Tylenol PM. :::wince::: Knocks me right out sitting in the chair and barely touches the pain in my left shoulder. Dang pain has been persistent and at a level of about 8 on a 1 to 10 scale for three days now.
