Here is a interesting sounding contest that it's still not too late to enter. TransitionsAbroad has their 2008 Student Writing Contest going and is accepting entries from all currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, students who have graduated within the past year, and students currently on leave from school.
The contest, which began on January 1st, 2007, requires that all entries be received by March 10th, 2008. There is no entry fee and entrants from 1st to 3rd place are paid $500, $150 and $100 for winning entries. There are also $50 runner up awards.
