Working for myself has some unthought about advantages

One of the things that I like about working for myself, aside from being able to travel if I want to, is that I never have to worry about filling out one of those employee performance evaluations things that employers keep. I am under no pressure to keep tabs on the performance of anyone working under me, because I am the entire business. It makes for a much more relaxed environment even if I am ultimately responsible for everything.
