Oh, to fly and see like a hawk
When I was out on the ATV yesterday I saw a peregrine falcon following Meadow Creek. Lovely bird that has always left me breathless and wishing that I had wings. When I was younger I used to watch hawks flying in Washington, daydreaming about being able to see what they saw. It would be so kewl if a person could just get Lasik eye surgery and have vision like a hawk or falcon. I know, silly daydreams, but if you have ever watched a peregrine or a hawk gliding through the air studying the ground, then you would understand the envy of "what do they see?"
