Summertime is here, which means that it is time for people to be getting out and having fun in the summer. For my family it also means a lot of birthdays. It was actually not so bad when baby gifts were what I was shopping for, but now all those kids have turned into older children and teens and their desires are for ATVs, cars, Wii game consoles... it is getting to the point where I need to start rethinking on what I can afford to get all of the various nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Maybe I should just take up the habit of using their birthday money to go traveling all summer. ::snicker::
