Traveling cats?

One of the problems with wanting to travel is figuring out what to do with the cat when you take off on a road trip. While you can just tell Fido to jump in and he'll be happy as a clam, you tell Felix to hop in and he's likely to act like you are taking him to the vet to get him spayed.

This can be countered somewhat by getting a good travel cat carrier that Felix can ride in and some cat supplies such as toys, a travel water dish and maybe a little cat nip to keep him happy.

The best bet is to give the cat plenty of food and water and a good clean litter box with a bunch of cat toys scattered around the house if you are only going to be gone for a few days.
