Alaska in spotlight along with Governor Sarah Palin

I suppose that now that the Governor has been placed in the national spotlight that Alaskan's should get used to being in the spotlight themselves. The other day I saw a cameraman sitting up down in front of the Wasilla Library, and it seems the media has been crawling all over the place looking for more details on who Gov. Sarah Palin is and where exactly it is she came from.

I would like to know where in the Wasilla area they got that picture of the oil pipeline they showed in their highlighting of Wasilla on the news the other day. ::shakes head:: At least they didn't show people living in igloos.

Ah well, I guess it's good for the State, right? I mean, tourism is sure to rise between now and election time. Even more if she is elected LOL!
