Brain in a fog

I'm having a little trouble with focus. My mind is just kind of shifting in and outta coherency if you know what I mean. I get to thinking about something that I need to do, then zone out on it for an hour before I realize I have not yet done it.

That makes updating websites and blogs slow enough that I won't be done before January... 2012. ::wince::

I am working on it though, I swear I am.
