Being surrounded by people that paint cars, I know that there is a lot of parts cleaning when the project is done. I have sat out in the yard a few times now and cleaned out the nozzles on the paint sprayers for my brother. Something that I have thought he needed a few times was a Solvent Recovery System that would allow him to recover the solvent used in cleaning his airbrushes for reuse.
By using Solvent Recovery he can reduce the contaminants that build up in the solvent he currently recovers, and reduces the need for solvent waste disposal. According to the NexGenEnviro Systems Inc. website, the Waste Recovery System heats solvent to the vapor stage, then distills it down to virgin solvent condition, recovering up toward 99.9% of waste solvents in the process.
Another item that caught my eye, and would make sense to be used in an auto painting setup, is the spray gun cleaning system. Allowing the spray guns from painting a car to be cleaned in an enclosed environment where the inside and outside of the gun is cleaned, then the solvent can be recovered for use the next time a spray gun needs cleaned.
