Need an organized home office for the household

I need to get a home office for the household stuff organized so that I can actually get all the work I have to get done each day done. Stuff like paying the bills and everything needs to be organized into my antique secretarial and my mom's rolltop desk, that way I can be sure that I have everything from my dad's life insurance and the home insurance to the monthly utility bills and expense reports for stuff like cigarettes and gas and other assorted things are all caught up to date and recorded each month. I already have the home office for work, but so far the bills have pretty much just been piled on the dining table or the rolltop desk. I have to get better organization to that stuff.
