Returning to school

I have decided that it is time to go back to school. No, I'm not going to be attending classes out at the community college, I'm not even going to be taking online courses, what I am going to do is to outline a syllabus that I will be following for teaching myself what I need to learn about some things, sort of a self-guided course in professional freelance writing. My motivation? Well, aside from learning some things I need to learn, I am going to pretend I have to pay for this just like I would any other writing course, and at the end, if I have done good enough to give myself a passing grade, then I get to spend the money on anything I want to. If I fail, then... I dunno, probably something like I'll have to spend the money on paying off more on some of the other bills I've got.
