Massage tables

Days like today, when the lower back is starting to act up and my neck is store from a day of working at the computer, I think how nice it would be to just lay back in a nice hot bath and relax for an hours or so. It would be nice if they made massage tables that you did not need a massage therapist to make them work, but for now the best I can find for that are those massaging pad things you sit in a chair and plug into the wall.
