Stress Headache

I've had a dang stress headache that has lasted two days now and it is going to drive me crazy. Every time it lessens off some, it seems to find cause to flare right back up and make my life miserable as I try to think through a mushy fog of migraine pain. Need to find a good cure for stress so the headache will finally ease off.
