Cleaning the refrigerator

There are some things that just fall down in the 'really do not want to do that!' category... Cleaning the refrigerator has always been one of those for me. I can think of few tasks I dislike more than having to clean out the refrigerator, wash it out, and then having to restock it with everything. I know there are some things in there that are just waiting to catch me by the arm and drag me in. It's downright scary, but I know that it has to be done, so, wish me luck.

My plan, as usual, is to empty it onto the counter, wash inside, then slowly wash each container as I put things back inside. Generally takes about a hour start to finish, but I tend to take breaks and do other things so usually turns into more like a two or three hour task.
