Need to get house cleared out by summer

I'm going through the house and emptying out any boxes and suitcases I can find so that I can repack everything that is in the house to be stored away in a storage shed. I want to be able to empty the house by summer so that I can have an appraiser come through and see what its value is if I can talk a bank into lending me the money to buy it.

My goal is to prove to a bank that it is worth more than what I want to borrow to save it, which means I need to get all the clutter out and into a storage shed and make it look like a home out of better homes and gardens as soon as I am able to.
