My little dude has leprosy!

Okay, my little dude is having serious problems with his foot. LOL I am trying to get his face detailed after having messed it up putting the hair in place on him - and the little cuss's foot got the big toe and a chunk of the foot busted off of him and it refuses to be reattached, so I am going to break down and do full scale surgery on his foot and replace it up to the ankle. Hate to do that, since it is a lot of work, but I'm not sure what else to do to fix it without having to risk it falling off after firing. What's really bad is I have to do the same thing on the hand holding the sphere up - since the fingers broke off of it too. He was looking so good, now parts are falling off. ::sigh::
