It's not exactly what I am looking for, but I have found a site that has information on worldwide airport conditions and flight delay information for travelers using a Google Map to show the airports and bring up weather reports and other information.
You can find that at Flight Stats, the map is on the main page there, and there are drop down menus below it to allow you to select where you want to look for information.
