Diet efforts

I'm back n my efforts to diet. Which is going to drive me insane. I got up at 4am this morning and am beginning to think breakfast that early is a bad idea. I'm staving the hunger off as long as I can endure it, but found that a small salad around 8 and a few glasses of water help a lot.

I want to lose the wight, and there is no one other than me that can do that. I might not eat much through the day, but I know that I have lousy nutritional habits, so will be working on correcting that issue.

If you have a website or blog where you detailed your experience it is even better, include a link to your website or blog - just make sure it is not to a SPAM site made to endorse/defame a location, because I will delete any that do not strike me as being legitimate personal sites.
