Reset Sleep Cycle

I'm working to get my sleep cycle to reset itself. Ended up sleeping a lot the past couple of days during the afternoon and evenings so since I am now awake at around 3 a.m. I am going to see if I can't get my body to set itself into a cycle of getting up at 3 or 4 a.m. and going to bed early. This will allow me to get housework and exercises and writing done during the early morning hours when my parents are still asleep and I am not distracted by the television.

I've tried this before and failed miserably - we'll see if it works this time.

I was reading something one day that if a person can get 6 hours of uninterrupted deep sleep, it is better than 8 hours of sleep that is interrupted. So - I'm going to see if I can't manage a 6 hours a night sleep without interruptions.
