I'm not ready for winter

It's getting cold out there. Frost thick on the ground in the mornings and expecting snow any day. And I am so not ready for winter. I just want to curl up and have it pass us by. They say (they being the weather dudes) that it'll be a mild winter. Even the local electric company in their newsletter apparently says that the lack of bees in the summer was a sign of a warm winter. I say any amount of winter is too much and too cold. Time to burry myself in NaNoWriMo and let the first month of winter pass me by in a blurry haze of incomprehension.
