Video Confessional

I love the people that run PayPerPost, they're a lot of fun and have started up something that I think will set a new trend in blogging - the ability of the bloggers themselves to select who they make money from. It takes the control out of the mass advertising programs such as Yahoo or Google, that for years have been the only option for someone that wanted to be paid to blog, and places the control in the hands of the blogger. In the control of the one that best knows what it is that their readership would be interested in and can more effectively present that information to their readers.

We are reminded, however, that it is not all fun and games at the PayPerPost office. Yes the man behind the site, Ted Murphy, has a collection of what looks to me like things that include The Thing along his window sill, and he has a goodly supply of VitaWater, but what about the stresses that we don't see while the team is horsing around getting the word out about the company? What about the things that the employees will only say behind closed doors?

Now we see that as well. Flaming Tamale - Don't ask me how she got that nickname, I have no idea lol - has made a video confessional to share. A way of letting us all know what it is really like behind the scenes.
