Okay, I just went through all my blogs one post at a time and can now say that they are officially free of Comment SPAM. There are still links in the comments that could, technically, probably be seen as SPAM, but for one reason or another (usually because they pertained to the subject being discussed and I figured my readers would possibly benefit from the discussion if not actually from the links provided) I left the comment in place.
Now that my blogs are set to require word verification for comment postings I should not have trouble with the bot that was crawling the blogosphere here leaving links to a get rich quick website. It has been hitting my sites every day, some blogs three or four times a day, for the past three days, but I have not seen it since I set things to word verification.
