I've decided that I want to loose at least 12 pounds by December 25th, so for the next three weeks I am going to try to loose an average of 4 pounds a week.
I know that I can accomplish that if I can just stay on target and away from things like the box of CupCakes that my brother just brought home. (I evaded them btw Go me!)
I'm going to be tracking my progress on this effort on my Diet Tracker blog, anyone is welcome to chime in and join me in my endeavor if they want to make it a group thing. Let's all look better for Christmas this year and keep one another motivated.
